Terms and conditions

By booking this appointment your are in agreement that:

• To secure your booking, 100% of the treatment cost must be paid within 72 hours of booking or it will be cancelled.
• For those booking the algae peel, an initial payment of £100 must be paid. The reminding balance can be spread through the treatment course.
• There are no exceptions for refunds on missed or cancelled appointments unless done so by me.
• You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the booked date and time.
• You will contact me on instagram @theskinstudio.suffolk or 07909330298 if you cannot attend your appointment.
